Date Night Diaries 1-4

Date Night Documentary #1

Back when we still had a lake in Tempe Town, Craig and I decided to have a fun free night at ASU's Art Museum, which happened to be having a film festival (most of which was pretty strange! Left a little early... HAha!) but fun nonetheless... then we decided to follow it up by having an artsy shoot of our own!

After all, I was wearing fitted vest and fedora, artsy no? Rrrright.

Artsy Photographer = Craig the inCredible

Me and Mah Honey

Oh, and why not ride around the lake on a razor eh? Anyone remember those? ;) Ah memories... of freshman year at ASU... so classy.

Documented Date #2 -- Gila Valley Temple Open House
Yes, that one belongs to me... the perpetual cub scout makes an appearance every so often... The Strut ;)
beautiful
Mazeltov to the happy couple!
Then dinner at Safford's version of El Charro...
Seriously we almost ran the light... kind of blends...
had to be there I guess ;)
Authentic Safford dining...
followed by some good 'ol Perkins stomach. Oh man.

Documented Date #3 -- Free Stroll, Entertainment & Gelato
Our new favorite treat is Angel Sweet Gelato. Thanks to the gift certificate from Lori Allen (yes, we finally used it)! It is over by River View Cinemark and is absolutely amazing! And Yes, better than golden spoon.

After that Craig drove me to Hyatt's Gainey Ranch where we listened to awesome live music and strolled through its amazing pools and lush gardens... and sweated, talked, smiled, and held sweaty hands. Yeah, still pretty hot, but very worth it!

Then we grabbed a $5 Subway and went to Tempe Marketplace Harkins to watch, um, Robin Hood? I think that was it. Great movie. Great time together. Great date!

Documented Date #4 -- Box Canyon Trip
We recommend a little Subway stop in Payson.
(We are Subway fans obviously... cheap, good and plenty!)
Then have fun in the canyon, try to not go when it is raining... and cold... hard to think there is such a place only a couple hours away from our 110 degree heat!
And don't get lost on the way back to the car.
Then turn on the heater, and have some dinner in Payson at Macky's Grill (next to the theaters). Good hot chocolate, great food.

Creative dates = fun wife = happy life!
